Dear sir,
In the design examples DER171 & DER 172, the input voltage is 108-130 v AC. How can I use these circuits with 220-250 V AC range?

Not as is. What are your output voltage and current requirements?
My requirement is to use the same circuit for driving white LED's. But I want to operate the same from 220-250 V voltage range. What are the required changes other than the voltages of the input filter capacitors?
